After he had worked as a camera assistant for Modern Video Productions in Stuttgart, he took up studying Media/Design at the University of Applied Sciences Mainz. Cameraman for feature films and documentaries. Founder of Kontrastfilm, production company in Mainz, and organizer for Arte ‘Kurzschluß’ Magazine, a short film magazine for »arte«. From end of 2004 until 2007 he studied Film/Camera at the Hamburg Media School.
